There are so many great songs of Dori Caymmi, I could also mention his great participations with Audio Caviar (a song of Ivan Lins called Comecar de novo). That opening on strings is for me the best Dori's arrangement, simply gorgeous! The way the song is developed, with that "matrix" modulation, a la Coltrane, and also the transition between minor and major moods. It's all perfect!
